SA Renovations Projects

El Sendero

El Sendero’s transformation was one of our largest projects to date. We updated this home, built in 1972, added some modern touches and brought it back to life. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath house received fresh paint, new baseboards, new lighting and new laminate floors throughout the house with new carpet in the bedrooms.

We opened up the wall in dining room for a more spacious layout to the formal dining room and breakfast area. In the kitchen, we painted the cabinets white for a fresh modern look and installed recessed lighting. The master bath was opened up, as we knocked out a wall and removed the old tub. Our crew installed a new walk-in shower with a custom hexagon tile floor and shower cubby.

The exterior of the house received a fresh coat of paint along with exterior repairs to the back porch. Our crew demoed the worn out back porch enclosure and added new cedar posts with an open layout for more open space to enjoy the large backyard.

W. Magnolia
The Magnolia project was a beautiful older home with character and charm. Located in Woodlawn Terrace with a spacious garage, work area, shed and carport. We were able to restore and stain the original hard wood flooring throughout the house. The exterior and interior were updated and freshly painted along with new light fixtures throughout the house. The kitchen was completely remodeled with updated tile floors, Venetian gold granite counter tops, and a fun, colorful kitchen backsplash. For more counter space, our team created a kitchen island with cabinet space underneath. Our favorite feature of the house was the quaint breakfast area with natural light and the farmhouse pendant light fixture.
Rex St.
Our Rex St.  project was a quaint, 3 bedrooms, 2-bath home located near Olmos Park in the Kenwood neighborhood. Our team was able to have the slab and plumbing easily accessible to move and created a larger space in the original, small kitchen layout. We added new snow white colored kitchen cabinets along with fresh, clean white subway tile back splash and complimentary dark granite countertops. This project had a large master bath with tile work, new bathroom vanities and updated light fixtures. We added recessed lighting in the dinning room area for a clean sophisticated look. The backyard was spacious with a newly installed fence. Our favorite feature of this project was the kitchen, we loved the simple dark and light features.
Oakhorne â€‹

The Oakhorne project was a two story, 3-bedroom house with 2 and 1/2 baths located in the Eden subdivision. When we purchased the home the garage was poorly remodeled into a large awkward space. We decided to convert the space back into a garage. In addition we converted a open area on the second floor to a 4th bedroom, giving the home more usable living space.  We updated the interior and exterior with fresh paint. New laminate floors throughout the living and dinning room were added along with new carpet in the bedrooms. New lighting and plumbing fixtures were installed throughout the house. We installed new vanities and added a granite counter top in the master bathroom. All new granite countertops in the kitchen were installed, along with freshly painted cabinets and new stainless steel appliances. Our favorite feature of this house was the larger master bedroom with an additional seating or small office area facing the patio with window views out to the backyard, freshly painted gazebo and renovated pool.
