About
SA Renovations is a real estate investment and construction company, buying and renovating homes in the San Antonio, Texas area. Our mission is to acquire older homes in need of work and TLC and renovate them. Thus providing families and individuals with a quality home in San Antonio while helping to improve neighborhood values in the city and surrounding areas.
Phil Hooker
Manager
Phil has a 30+ year background in both real estate and banking. In his former role as president and board member of a national asset-based lender, he was influential in the conversion and merger of two divisions into one entity and credited with advancing the lending portfolio by 300% prior to the sale of the company to a large regional bank.
Furthermore, during these years, Phil acquired extensive knowledge in real estate development, lending and building, along with an excellent business savvy. Much of this knowledge came from underwriting a multitude of business models
over the years. As the Business Director, he helps oversee the activites of the business along with Sarah, who manages the business on a day-to-day basis.
Sarah Carter
Construction & Design Manager
San Antonio native and proud alumni of The University of Texas at San Antonio, Sarah’s background is in project management and marketing. In her previous roles, she has managed marketing teams, project managed incoming marketing requests, provided strategic direction and assisted in operational tasks. As Construction & Design Manager, Sarah handles the project management tasks, timelines and budgets, along with managing the construction crews and selecting all design finish outs for all renovations.
Sarah’s main focus is ensuring quality and detail to each home renovation, her love of real estate and interior design has helped in the design and construction processes.
